Electromaax was established in fall of 2002 when co-owners Rob Bell and John Stevens purchased a 50-year-old traditional electronics rebuilding company from a family in Toronto. They initially purchased the company with intentions to service the local area with re-manufactured alternators and starters. Both having a strong interest in marine products they began focusing on manufacturing and developing optimum charging solutions for the marine industry.
Over the years Electromaax has earned the reputation of combining superior service and exceptional support for their high quality charging products. Today Electromaax has grown into a world-wide company with production facilities in both Canada and the USA. Electromaax has grown into an international distribution network of strategically located warehouses in Canada, the United States and Europe.
In 2005 Electromaax moved into its present facility in Grassie, Ontario, Canada which houses our corporate headquarters, manufacturing facility and warehouse.
Electromaax (Ancaster, Ontario, Canada) was established in September 2006 and is an ISO9001 registered facility. This location produces our serpentine pulley kits and many other components used in our manufacturing processes.
Electromaax (Niagara Falls, NY, USA) facility houses our manufacturing and our main warehouse and distribution center which services most of the world with our superior products such as our AirMaax Wind Generator, AquaMaax Watermakers, SolarMaax rigid and semi flexible Solar Panels, High Output Marine Alternators, Serpentine pulley kits for Yanmar, Perkins, Volvo Penta, Universal and Westerbeke marine engines as well as many other new items currently under development.
